A 10% Buyers Premium applies. No representations or warranties, expressed, written or implied by the seller or auctioneer. All Property is being sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS". Once the winning bidder has been declared, the winning bidder will be required to make a minimum deposit of $5,000 or 10% of the purchase price whichever is greater. A cashier’s check in the amount of $5000 made out to yourself is required to bid. If you are not the high bidder, your check will be returned to you. If you are the successful high bidder, the cashier's check will be applied as part or all of your down payment. Any additional funds required may be in the form of a personal check. Once the contract is ratified by the seller, the entire deposit becomes non-refundable and shall be applied to the purchase price at closing. The remainder of the purchase price is due within 30-days at closing. A 2% Broker participation is offered, subject to the auction terms & conditions.
